构建保持高校学生党员先进性长效机制的思考

摘　　要：高校学生党员是大学生中的先进分子,是党的事业的接班人。构建保持高校学生党员先进性的长效机制,是新时期高校党建工作的重要课题。本文结合高校党建工作的现状,指出要从组织发展机制、学习教育机制、民主监督机制、惩处激励机制和保障机制等方面入手,构建让学生党员长期受教育、永葆先进性的长效机制。The Party members in college are advanced and they are the successors of the party career.In the new era,construction and holding long-term mechanism of advance in the party members in college is the important matter of the party construction.In this paper,combining the current situation of the party construction in college,we have constructed the long-time education and long-term advanced mechanism of party members in college,from the mechanism of organizational development,education,democratic supervision,punishable drive,security and so on.
