摘　　要：对高素质创新型人才建设是高校人才工作的重要课题。本文就进一步做好高素质创新型人才的管理工作,构建先进的创新型人才建设体系,来分析如何探索出优质高效的人才建设机制,走出一条创新型人才建设工作的有效途径。The cultivation of the highly qualified innovation is an important task of the universities＇ talents work.Focusing on the management and the advanced construction system of the highly qualified mutual innovation talents,the thesis tries to analyse how to probe the institutional construction of the talents and find effective measures for the cultivation of the innovation talents.
