基于多层次·多尺度的生态安全评价指标体系研究——以塔里木河流域中游段为例

摘　　要：生态安全评价指标体系研究是生态安全研究的一个重要方面。在前人已有研究的基础上,以生态脆弱区塔里木河流域中游段为研究对象,提出构建多层次、多尺度的生态安全评价指标体系。即基于乡镇(农场)体系的农业生态安全、基于县城(场镇)体系的绿洲城市生态安全、基于干旱区流域体系的流域生态安全的3个不同层次的生态安全评价指标体系。该指标体系克服了传统生态安全评价指标体系的缺陷,在研究尺度、层次方面上,从乡镇到整个县域再到整个流域,从小尺度过渡到大尺度,具有生态完整性以及层次性;而从研究类型上,分别研究了农业、城市、流域不同类型的生态安全,其评价指标适宜于所对应的研究区域,从而使研究更具有针对性。基于多层次、多尺度的生态安全评价指标体系研究旨在为区域生态安全评价指标体系研究、绿洲生态环境建设、干旱区资源开发提供有意义的借鉴和参考。Research on ecological security assessment index system is a crucial in studying on ecological security. Based on studies of predecessors,we deal with the fragile ecosystem of middle reaches of Tarim River and built ecological security assessment index system which is containing multi-level and multi-scale. The multi-level and multi-scale ecological security assessment index system containing three level： the agriculture ecological security system on town （farm）,the oases urban ecological security system on county town （township）,the arid river basin ecological environment security system on river basin. The multi-level and multi-scale ecological security assessment index system overcomes the defects traditional views. The index system in dimension and degree,from farm to township to the whole river basin,between small scale to large scale have the integrity of its natural ecosystem and hierarchy. From the study type,we researched the ecological security on agriculture,county,river basin respectively. The index adapt to the study area,so,the research clear aimed in mind. The study of multi-level and multi-scale ecological security assessment index system can be help to the study of ecological security index system and provide useful experience to strengthen oases ecological environment construction,resources development of arid region.
