摘　　要：教育是农村人力资本水平提升的重要途径,我国农村人力资本投资长期以来面临着城乡二元结构教育体制的不良"路径依赖",陷入体制困境,导致人力资本存量和质量都很低。农村基础教育的脆弱性和农业职业教育的滞后性都难以有效地起到对农村人力资本投资的推动作用,国家提出建设社会主义新农村的战略,为破解农村人力资本投资的教育体制困境提供了契机,客观上成为农村人力资本投资的内驱力。Education is an important method to enhance the level of human capital in rural areas. Investment in human capital in rural areas, however, has faced with long--standing urban--rural dual structure of the non--performing education system ＂path dependence＂, which has led to lower current stock of human capital and quality. Owing to the vulnerability of rural basic education and the backwardness of vocational education in agriculture, it is hard to promote human capital investment. The strategy of building socialist new countryside put forward by the government provides an opportunity to solve the plight of education system of human capital investment, and has become an inner drive.
