摘　　要：社会资本是一种存在于社会网络关系中的社会资源,可以有效地促进和谐校园文化深入人心,为和谐校园文化构建微观基础,并促进以人为本指导思想的落实。在实际工作中,应通过思想教育、班级管理、社团建设等方面大力培育社会资本,同时正确对待非正式群体中的社会资本,以推动和谐校园文化建设。Social capital is a kind of social resource that lies in the organization structure, which can help sink harmonious campus culture deeply into the hearts of the people, build micro--basis for harmonious campus culture, and carry out the principle of putting people first. Therefore, we should, in practice work, cultivate social capital actively by virtue education, class management, students＇ organization construction, and properly treat social capital of informal groups so as to push forward harmonious campus culture construction.
