城乡统筹中四川民族地区基层人才的开发研究

摘　　要：近年来,尽管农民收入有了很大提高,但在民族地区,城乡差距却呈加速扩大趋势,而破解难题的核心在农民增收,农民增收的关键在于基层人才资源的开发,本文在对凉山州实地调研的基础上,分析了当前民族地区基层人才的现状,提出了相应的解决措施。In recent years,the gap between city and countryside appears an expanding trend in ethnic minority regions although the peasants＇ income has increased greatly,and the key to solve the problem is in the field of increasing peasants＇ income,and the key to realize it is in the development of gross-root talent resources.The thesis analyzes the present situation about gross-root talents in ethnic minority regions based on a survey of Liangshan Autonomous Prefecture;it also puts forwards some measures to solve it.
