摘　　要：VxWorks下设备驱动程序的设计一直是嵌入式系统应用中的热点.介绍了VxWorks下标准设备驱动及其原理,阐述了驱动程序的开发流程,给出了在Flash上实现TrueFFS的具体方法,包括驱动程序的编写、识别和系统配置.用实例对TrueFFS的性能进行了分析.VxWorks occupies a leading position in the field of real-time operation systems.So it is widely applied to industry,military etc.fields.The development of the device drivers of embedded systems is a hotpoint in the application of the embedded systems.The drive of a standard device and its working principle under the environment of VxWorks are presented.The development process of a driver program is described,and the specific way to achieve TrueFFS in Falsh is presented,including the compilation,the identification and the system configuration of a driver program.The performance of TrueFFS is analyzed by an example.
