摘　　要：科学发展观是高校加强和改进思想政治教育工作的思想指针。高校思想政治教育必须在科学发展观的统筹下,全面贯彻落实科学发展观的精神实质和基本要求,认真探索高校思想政治教育的规律和实践路径,不断开创高校思想政治教育的新视野。Scientific concept of devdlopment is the ideological guidline of the enhancement and improvement of college ideological and political course.Fully implementation of the spiritual essence and basic requirement of scientific concept of development,and earnest exploration of the laws and pratical approaches,new horizon of college ideological and political education can be broadened continuously.
