益髓通经方对实验性变态反应性神经炎家兔神经电生理影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益髓通经方对实验性自身免疫性神经炎(EAN)治疗前后坐骨神经运动传导速度改变及F波异常出现率的变化。方法将80只家兔随机分为空白组、模型组、益髓通经方组和免疫球蛋白组,每组20只。除空白组外其余各组均造成EAN动物模型,各组予相应药物。应用肌电图机对各组EAN家兔坐骨神经传导速度及F波出现率进行测定。结果14 d时益髓通经方组坐骨神经运动传导速度异常率与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与免疫球蛋白组改善情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d、14 d后益髓通经方组、免疫球蛋白组与模型组F波异常改善情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益髓通经方能有效恢复EAN家兔的运动神经传导功能,对EAN家兔具有治疗作用。Objective To explore the changes in sciatic motor conduction velocity（MCV）and the occurrence rate of F wave abnormality before and after the treatment of experimental autoimmune neuritis（EAN）with yisuitongjing formula.Methods 80 rabbits were randomized into blank group,model group,yisuitongjing formula group and immunoglobulin group,20 rabbits in each one.Except blank group,EAN animal models were prepared in the rest groups.EMG machine was used to measure sciatic MCV and the occurrence rate of F wave in ENA rabbits of each group.Results As compared with model group in 14 days,the sciatic MCV abnormality rate in yishuitongjing formula group presented significant statistic difference（P〈0.05）,but the improvement as compared with immunoglobulin group did not present significant statistic difference（P〉0.05）.In 7 and 14 days after treatment,the improvement in F wave abnormality in yishuitongjing formula group presented significant statistical difference as compared with model group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yisuitongjing formula can recover motor conduction of EAN rabbits effectively and can be used for the treatment of EAN in rabbits.
