CT与x线对胸部刨伤诊断的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨CT及x线平片在胸部创伤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法分析105例胸部创伤的CT检查厦x线平片。结果肺挫伤：CT发现82例，x线45例；肺撕裂伤：CT发现20例，x线11例；支气管撕裂伤：CT及x线均发现3例；肺不张及肺萎陷：CT发现21例，x线11例。结论CT具有较高临床应用价值，它能明确创伤部位、性质、程度，敏感性和准确性高，对危重及复合伤者首选CT检查。Objective To explore the practical application value of CT and X-ray examination on the clinical diagnosis of thoracic trauma. Methods To analyze CT and X-ray two-dimensional diagram pictures of 105 eases of thoracic trauma. Results Contusion of lung： 82 eases of CT examination, 45 cases of X-ray examination; laceration of lung： 11 eases of X ray examination; laceration of bronchus： 3 cases of CT and X-ray examination; ateleetasis and collapse of lung： 21 cases of CT examination and 11 cases of X ray examination. Conclusion CT has high value of clinical application and it is first choice for high danger patients and combined injury patients. It tells the exact place, feature, seriousness and sensitivity of the injured parts with high accuracy.
