摘　　要：目的深入了解我国护士职业倦怠的原因,为护士职业倦怠的后续研究提供参考。方法按照系统评价的原则制定检索策略,收集对我国护士职业倦怠原因相关的论文,并进行系统分析与总结。结果我国护士职业倦怠的原因主要集中于护士本身的职业特点、社会因素及个体特征因素等三方面。结论职业倦怠已经成为护士不可忽视的职业病,对其原因的调研亟待进一步重视。Objective： To discover the causes of nurses’ job burnout in China and provide the reference for its further study. Methods： Searching strategy was made according to systematic review and the related recent literatures on the causes of nurses’ job burnout in China were gathered and systematically analyzed. Results： The causes of nurses’ job burnout in China mainly focused on the professional characteristics, the social support, and the sense of unfairness, the environment and the organizational factors. Conclusion： Job burnout has become the occupational disease of nurses that cannot be neglected; the causes of nurses’ job burnout in China should be paid more attention.
