薄层色谱法测定罂粟籽和壳中主要生物碱的含量

摘　　要：据报道罂粟(Papower Somniferum L.)籽含有少量罂粟碱(Papaverine)、吗啡(Morphine)及痕量那可汀(Narcotine),罂粟壳中含有吗啡、那可汀、那萃因(Narceine)、罂粟碱、可待因(Codeine)及痕量前陶品(Protopine),这些成分均有显著的药理作用。In this paper,the five major alkaloids,namely papaverine,morphine,narcotine,thebaine and codeine,in the seeds and shells of Papaver somn-iferum L.planted in Gansu Provance have beendetermined by thin-layer chromatography.The experimental results showed;(1) the content of the five alkaloids in the shells of Papaver somn-iferum L.planted in Gansu is higher than that cultivated in North China;(2)in the seeds,thereare papaverine,narcotine,thebaine and codeine,but the morphine is not found;(3)this method is sensitive,rapid and simple,with good linearity,recovery and reorodueibilitv.
