摘　　要：针对国内企业流程重组存在的主要问题,探讨了利用协同商务的协同性、动态性与灵活性等特征解决这些问题的方法。以协同企业利益共赢为目标,从企业内部运作和内外部的联系与对接等方面进行研究,并提出了一个较全面、完整的基于协同商务的企业流程重组模式。There are many problems during business process reengineering（BPR） in domestic enterprises.Methods to solve these problems were explored by the features of collaborative commerce,such as cooperativity,dynamicity,flexibility and so on.Based on collaborative commerce,an overall and integrate BPR mode was proposed to achieve the goal of collaborative enterprise′s win-win interests.The enterprise′s internal operation and its connection to external were investigated to accomplish the BPR mode.
