摘　　要：基于企业竞争力的3种含义,界定了服务企业竞争力的内涵,同时包括企业资源、企业能力和企业绩效3个方面;构建了基于这3个方面的28项具体指标构成的服务企业竞争力评价指标体系;应用粗糙集方法确定指标权重,实现了赋权的客观性;以此为基础,构建了服务企业竞争力模糊综合评价模型。以某邮政企业评价实例证明,该模型为服务企业竞争力评价提供了科学有效、切实可行的思路。The competitiveness of service enterprises relates to the competitiveness of whole service industry and it affects the economic and social development of country.Based on the three meanings of the enterprise competitiveness,the service enterprise competitiveness was defined.It included 3 aspects of enterprise resources,enterprise capabilities and enterprise performance.The evaluation indexes system was established.It included 28 indexes in above three aspects.The rough set method was applied to determine the weights of indexes and the objectivity of index weight was achieved.Based on the weights,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was constructed for service enterprises competitiveness.The case study of a postal enterprise showed that the model provided a scientific,effective and practical idea for the evaluation of service enterprise competitiveness.
