摘　　要：采用西门子S7-224为主机,实现了对MinasA4系列交流伺服电机的控制,通过PTO发出频率可变的高速脉冲控制电机运行,利用高速计数器对电机的编码反馈信号进行计数,实现了闭环控制,用于有轮乘骑玩具的动态强度测试中,精确控制测试速度,提高测试的整体自动化水平。Taking Siemens S7-224 PLC to control the motion of Minas A4 Series AC Servo Actuator is presented.The method uses PTO,the port of PLC and frequency-changeable high-speed pulse to control Servo Actuator.It applies Internal high-speed Counter to receive and count the feedback codes of Servo Actuator and realizes closed loop controlling.This method can be used to realizes the test of dynamic stregth in free-wheeling toys and improved the precision of the testing rate.It can enhance the level of whole system＇s automatization.
