摘　　要：目的 研究凋亡调控因子Livin在子宫内膜癌中的表达,探讨子宫内膜癌的病因及发病机制.方法 分别选取子宫内膜癌组织51例（其中组织学分级G1组16例、G2组27例、G3组8例）,子宫内膜非典型增生组织21例,正常子宫内膜组织10例.用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物连结法检测Livin在各组组织中的表达.结果 Livin在子宫内膜癌组中的表达明显高于子宫内膜非典型增生组及正常子宫内膜组（t分别为11.437、23.577,均P〈0.01）;在子宫内膜癌中G2、G3组的表达明显高于G1组（t分别为13.125、21.269,均P〈0.01）.结论 ①Livin的过度表达可能促使细胞抗凋亡能力增强,导致细胞凋亡不足而增殖过度,其可能为子宫内膜癌发病机制之一;②Livin可能与肿瘤分化有关,可作为一个反映子宫内膜癌生物学行为的指标,并在一定程度上反映了预后.Objective To investigate expression of apoptosis modulator Livin in endometrial carcinoma, and to explore etiology and pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods 51 cases of endometrial carcinoma tissues（ including 16 patients with histological grading G1 , 73 patients with G2 histological grading and 8 patients with G3 histological grading） , 21 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia and 10 cases of normal endometrial tissues were taken for study. The expression levels of Livin in different kinds of endometrial tissues were detected by using immunohistochemistry S-P method. Results The expression of Livin in the endometrial carcinoma tissues weas significantly higher than that in endometrial atypical hyperplasia tissues and normal endometrial tissues （ t = 11. 437, t = 23. 577 respectively, both P 〈0.01 ）. The expression levels of Livin in endometrial tissues with G2 and G3 histological grading were significantly higher than in G1 histological grading （t = 13. 125, t = 21. 269 respectively, both P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion （1）The results indicated that high expression of Livin might enhance anti-apoptotic effects of the cells and induce deficiency in apoptosis and over-proliferation of the cells, which may be one of the pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma;（2）Livin could be considered as potential tumor marker and indicator of the biological behavior of endometrial carcinoma. It could reflect prognosis of the patient with endometrial carcinoma to some extend.
