摘 要:目的 探讨中药复方儿黄散对体外培养的人宫颈癌HeLa细胞形态学变化的影响.方法 体外培养人宫颈癌Hela细胞,采用HE染色法及透射电镜观察细胞凋亡的形态变化特点.结果 中药复方儿黄散(2.5mg/mL)能够抑制HeLa细胞增殖,随时间的增长,抑制效果明显,裂解细胞率最高为71%;观察细胞核脂滴明显增多,线粒体膜性结构破损、脊融合,细胞器内出现髓样小体.结论 中药复方儿黄散在体外对宫颈癌Hela细胞具有生长抑制作用,诱导其凋亡,使细胞形态发生明显的改变并具有时间的依赖性.Objective To study effect of erhuangsan with complex prescription of traditional Chinese medicine on the HeLa cell lines cultured in vitro. Methods Human cervical carcinoma cell line HeLa was cultured in vitro. The morphological features of apoptotic Hela cells induced by erhuangsan were observed through HE staining and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results Erhuangsan (2.5m g/ mL) inhibited the proliferation of Hela ceils and the inhibitory effect was time-dependent. The split rate of Hela cells was 71% at the highest. Under TEM, increased lipid droplets in nucleus of the Hela cells, broken mitochondrial membranes, fused mitoehondrial ridges were found and myeloidy body appeared in the cell organs. Conclusion Erhuangsan complex prescription can inhibit growth of cervical carcinoma and induce apoptosis of the cells in vitro. The morphology of the cells are changed obviously and the inhibitory effect is timedependent.
