摘　　要：目的探讨侵犯中央沟区的脑胶质瘤的手术治疗方法。方法回顾性分析了我科2008年1月至2009年10月收治的26例中央沟附近的胶质瘤患者的临床资料。全部患者在神经导航指导下行手术治疗。结果本组病例肿瘤全切18例,近全切除8例。术后病理诊断:星形细胞瘤19例,少突胶质细胞瘤4例,胶质母细胞瘤3例。术后出现偏瘫5例,3例出院前恢复;单侧肢体肌力减退7例,术后1月左右均逐步恢复正常。结论神经导航定位下切除中央沟附近的胶质瘤,不仅可提高肿瘤的全切率,而且可降低术后致残率,明显改善患者预后。Objective To explore surgical treatment of gliomas near the central sulcus.Methods The data of 26 patients of gliomas near the central sulcus were analiyzed retrospectively.All the cases were operated with the neuronavigation system.Results Total removal of the lesion was achieved in 18 cases,subtotal removal in 8 cases.Postoperative pathological diagnosis showed 19 astrocytomas,4 oligodendrogliomas and 3 glioblastomas.After operation,hemiparalysis was showed in 5 cases,3 of which recovered before leaving the hospital.And muscle strength of one of the limbs abated in 7 cases and recovered after a month.Conclusion Neuronavigation system for resection of gliomas near the central sulcus not only enhanced the rate of tumor removal,but also decreased the rate of multilation and improved the prognosis of the patients.
