大枣多糖对大鼠气血双虚模型胸腺、脾脏中组织形态及骨髓象的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨大枣多糖对气血双虚模型大鼠组织形态的影响。方法:以放血与环磷酰胺并用致大鼠气血双虚模型为研究对象,分别给以大枣多糖,当归补血口服液及同体积生理盐水。造模同时给药,连给14d。处死大鼠,取胸腺和脾脏,置25%戊二醛中固定,供电镜切片用。取大鼠右后腿骨髓,用大鼠血清涂骨髓片,供观察骨髓象用。结果:与空白对照组比,模型组胸腺、脾脏显著萎缩,骨髓红有核增生显著减弱。与模型组比,大枣多糖组均可使胸腺皮质明显增厚、脾脏小节显著增大、胸腺及脾脏淋巴细胞数显著增多;大枣多糖组均可显著升高骨髓中红系比例,大剂量大枣多糖组可明显改善骨髓有核增生情况。结论:大枣多糖可显著拮抗气血双虚模型大鼠胸腺及脾脏的萎缩、显著改善骨髓造血功能。Objective：To explore the effect of jujube polysaccharide on the form of organization of mice model with both Qi and blood deficiency.Methods：The model mice with both Qi and blood deficiency were as research subjects,which were given respectively with large,medium and small dose of jujube polysaccharide aqueous solution groups,danggui buxue oral liquid group and the same volume of saline group.In addition,a complete blank group was established. The mice were successively gave drugs for 14 days during model establishing.killing the mice and removing thymus and spleen,and putting them in 25% glutaric dialdehyde as the electricity mirror slice.Then,removing the marrow of the mice right leg as the object of observation of bone marrow.Results：Compared with complete blank group ,thymus and spleen significant atrophy,and bone marrow red nuclear proliferation weakened significantly were found in model group. Compared with model group,large,medium and small doses of jujube polysaccharide group could make obvious thickening of the cortex of thymus,spleen sections increased significantly,thymus and spleen lymphocytes were significantly increased; large,medium and small doses of jujube polysaccharide group could increase significantly the ratio of bone marrow erythroid ,high-dose group jujube polysaccharide could significantly improve the bone marrow nuclear proliferation. Conclusion：Jujube polysaccharide can significantly resist atrophy of thymus and spleen in mice model with both Qi and blood deficiency,significant improve the hematopoietic function of bone marrow.
