摘　　要：报告1例乳晕先天性小痣恶变的浅表扩散性黑素瘤。患者女,58岁。右乳晕先天性小痣转变为黑褐色斑块4年。皮损组织病理检查:具有典型浅表扩散性黑素瘤的表现。重点讨论了该病的诊断和鉴别诊断。A case of superficially spreading malignant melanoma of the areola of breast is reported. The patient was a 58-year- old female,she had a congenital nevus on the areola of right breast which changed to a black plaque for 4 years. Histopathology showed typical manifestation of superficially spreading malignant melanoma. Diagnosis and differential diagnosis are discussed in the text.
