连云港市高校科技园区建设模式及运作机制初探

摘　　要：从《江苏沿海地区发展规划》的实施背景出发,提出连云港市高校科技园区的有效建设能够实现高层次人才的集聚功能,能够有效改善科技成果转化环境。探讨了连云港市高校科技园区建设的目标模式,并从园区管理机制、孵化机制、资本运作机制和服务机制四个方面对其运作机制进行了初步设计。According to Jiangsu Coastal Development Plan,the construction of University Science Park in Lianyungang can agglomerate high-level talents and improve the environment for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In this paper,we make discussions on the construction mode of University Science Parks of Lianyungang,and provide a design for its operating mechanism,including its management,hatching mechanism,capital operation and service.
