摘　　要：Web2.0作为新一代互联网的统称,以其技术优越性被广泛应用。本文探讨了个人知识管理的运行机制,从知识获取、知识加工、知识交流与共享3个方面总结了Web2.0平台为个人知识管理提供的技术支持,提出并论证了个人知识管理的流程,并且论述了基于Web2.0个人知识管理的优越性以及Web2.0时代个人知识管理需要注意的3个问题。As a new generation of the Internet,Web2.0 has been widely used with its technical superiority.The operation mechanism of personal knowledge management has been discussed in this article.Technical support for personal knowledge management of Web2.0 platform has been summarized in this paper from the knowledge acquisition,knowledge processing,knowledge exchange and sharing aspects.A personal knowledge management process has been proposed and demonstrated,the superiority of personal knowledge management based on Web2.0 and the attention which needs to be paid to three issues of personal knowledge management in Web2.0 era have also been discussed.
