摘　　要：研究了湿法工艺制备季铵型阳离子淀粉。探讨了加料顺序、pH值、温度、反应时间、醚化剂用量、NaCl用量对阳离子淀粉取代度的影响。得出了湿法制备阳离子淀粉的最佳优化条件:采用先加季铵盐后加NaOH的投料顺序加料,淀粉100g,醚化剂6g,NaCl20g,调节pH值到11.5,温度45～50℃,反应时间16h。Preparation of quaternary ammonium cationic starch by wet process was studied. The effects of materials adding sequence were investigated. And the orthogonal experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of process conditions on DS of the product. The optimal conditions of cationic starch preparation were as follows： adding quaternary ammonium before NaOH,starch 100 g,quaternary ammonium 6 g,NaCl 20 g,regulating pH to 11.5,temperature 45-50℃,reaction time 16 h.
