免打底紫外光固化上光油的研制

摘　　要：结合以往紫外光固化上光油的优点,通过对树脂的改性、上光油各组分比例的调整和添加助剂等方法,研究了提高紫外光固化上光油附着力的影响因素,研制出了免打底紫外光固化上光油,并对这种UV上光油的性能进行了分析。Combined with the advantages of the past UV cured lustering oil,by means of modification to resin,adjustement to proportion of each component of lustering oil and addition of assistant,etc.,this paper stiudied the influentiual factors for improving the adhesion of UV cured lustering oil,developed UV cured lustering oil without precoat,and analyzed the performance of that kind of UV lustering oil.
