摘  要:从"氛围"到"制度"再到"品牌",是大学历史发展的三个阶段的特征。大学的历史发展过程是以氛围营造为基础、以制度建构为导向、以品牌塑造为手段的动态三维结构。文化是大学氛围、制度与品牌的共同内核,是大学生存发展变迁的主线。大学文化与大学氛围、大学文化与大学制度、大学文化与大学品牌相互关系的历史和现实状况表明,大学发展的最终依据是文化传承、文化变迁与文化创新,因而就文化机构而言,大学发展的最理想形态是"文化有机体"的生命存在。弘扬中华文化传统,启发学术文化自觉,体现地域文化特色,建设文化校园,实施文化育人,是中国现代大学的根本任务。For the development from the atmosphere via the system to the brand there are three stages in a university's historical development.In the processes of university's historical development,in order to construct three-dimensional structure,it has to take atmosphere building as the foundation,take the system construction as the guidance,and take the brand molding as the method.The university culture is the common core of the university atmosphere,system and brand,and the line of the university survival,development and vicissitude.The relationship between the university culture and its atmosphere,system and brand shows that the final basis of the university development is based on cultural heritage,cultural change and cultural innovation.The university as the cultural institutions,the most ideal form of its development is to keep the "cultural organism" existence.The fundamental task of China's modern universities is to promote the Chinese culture and tradition,to inspire the academic and cultural consciousness,to reflect regional cultural characteristics,to construct the culture campus,and to implement the cultural education.
