同病异治复方对戊四氮慢性点燃大鼠痫性发作的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究癫痫"从肝论治"、"从痰论治"的复方柴胡疏肝汤及定痫丸对戊四氮(PTZ)慢性点燃大鼠痫性发作的影响。方法:建立大鼠PTZ慢性点燃的癫痫模型,选取完全点燃大鼠随机分为4组,即生理盐水组(A组)、丙戊酸钠组(B组)、定痫丸组(C组)、柴胡疏肝汤组(D组),连续灌胃给药28天,于给药第7、14、21及28天观察大鼠阵发性痉挛发作潜伏期、痫性发作级别以及强直性惊厥发生率。结果:C组与D组在各用药时间点均能不同程度延长PTZ慢性点燃大鼠的阵发性痉挛发作潜伏期,与A组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),与B组作用相当(P>0.05),而C组与D组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:癫痫"从肝论治"的复方柴胡疏肝汤、"从痰论治"的复方定痫丸均能明显抑制PTZ致痫大鼠的痫性发作,有明显的抗癫痫作用,但两复方在时效关系中可能存在差异。Objective：To explore the effect of Chaihu Shugan Tang（CHSGT,＂from the Liver＂） and DingXianWan（DXW,＂from the sputum ＂） on epileptic seizure of rats induced by pentetrazole（PTZ）.Methods：To establish the model of chronic kindling rats induced by pentylenetet.Fully kindled rats were randomly divided into six groups ：NS group（group A）,VPA group（group B）,DXW group（group C）,CHSGT group（group D）,During the intragastirc administration for 28 days,the seizures of epileptic rats were observed on the 7th,the 14th,the 21th and the 28th day.Results：Group C and group D prolongde the seizure potential period significantly comparing with group A（P〈0.05）,and comparing with group B there was no difference（P〉0.05）.While there was no obvious difference between group C and group D（〉P0.05）.Conclusion：Chaihu Shugan Tang（＂from the Liver＂）and DingXianWan（＂from the sputum ＂） can both inhibit the epileptic seizure of epileptic rats induced by PTZ obviously;both have prominent antiepileptic effect.But there maybe some difference in the relationship of their effect to their action time between Chaihu Shugan Tang and DingXianWan.
