摘 要:根据2007年秋季对乳山近海海域常见且生物量较大的六种水生动物进行生物残毒分析的结果,并结合国内外有关生物残毒理论,对乳山附近海域重要渔业资源重金属含量现状进行分析与评价。结果表明,生物体内残毒量、残留量指数I和富集系数K均因不同海洋动物种类和不同重金属离子产生明显的差异。乳山近海主要生物体内残毒含量都低于最高允许残留量标准,说明该海域主要经济动物均未受到重金属离子的污染。分析结果也表明,生物体内重金属含量总体上与海水中重金属含量无显著的相关性,这可能与生物对重金属不同的富集途径有关。The marine area off Rushan in the middle southern coast of Shandong Peninsula in the South Yellow Sea is an important fishery area.Recently,along with the speedy economic development of Shandong Province,this area has been facing to more and more impactions from the human activities,including the pollutions of heavy metals.In order to assess the concentration of heavy metals in marine animal body,six common marine animal species [Octopus variabilis(Mollusca),Oratosquilla oratoria(Crustacea),Portunus trituberculatus(Crustacea),Saurida elongate(Osteichthyes),Pseudosciaena polyactis(Osteichthyes),Enedrias fangi(Osteichthyes)] were collected from the area by trawling for detection of the content of seven heavy metals(Zn,Cd,Pb,Cu,Hg,As).The results show that the concentrations of heavy metals in the body of the five species did not exceed the national standard.The regressive analysis showed that the relationships between the contents of the heavy metals in the animal body and those in sea water from the area were indistinct.The reason of the indistinct relationships maybe because the six animals are carnivorous or saprophagous matters,they get the heavy metals from the prey animals instead from sea water directly.
