摘　　要：随着中国经济的发展,人民币在边疆地区跨境流通的现象日趋明显,不仅给中国和周边国家带来了收益,也会对中国带来诸如货币政策的有效性减弱、商业银行的经营风险增大、人民币与周边国家货币汇率风险加大和反洗钱难度加大等一系列金融安全问题。因此,人民币的跨境流通已经超越了简单的外汇管理问题,涉及到中国开放经济下的金融安全,研究如何防范和化解风险的对策成为中国实现开放条件下金融稳定与安全的迫切需要。With the development of China＇ s economy, cross - border circulation of RMB becomes more and more frequent. It brings interests to China and the surrounding countries, but on the other hand, a series of financial safety problems are caused by it. It reduces the effectiveness of monetary policies, increases the operation risks of commercial banks, the exchange rate of RMB to the surrounding countries, and the anti -~ laundry difficulties. Therefore, cross - border circulation of RMB is not a simple problem of foreign exchange management, but a problem concerning the financial safety of China under opening economy. It is necessary to do some researches on how to defend and solve financial risks to attain financial stability and safety in China.
