摘 要:针对客户协同创新环境中设计活动复杂,交叉风险难以控制的问题,从环境、人因、技术、组织、过程多个角度提出了面向客户协同创新实现的风险管理模型,并在此基础上分析归纳出相关影响因素集作为风险管理与评价的依据。考虑面向客户协同创新风险因素集的Pareto效应,结合风险管理模型及要素集,提出了基于粗糙集—径向基函数神经网络方法的客户协同创新风险评价方法。通过某企业产品设计实例的风险管理验证了本模型的科学性与有效性。In Customer Collaborative products Innovation(CCI)surroundings,the design activities were complex and the cross risks were hard to control.To solve these problems,the risk management model for CCI was proposed from the aspects of environment,human factor,technology,organization,and process.A set of influence factors based on this model was also presented as the reference of risk management and assessment.Furthermore,considering Pareto phenomenon,rough set and radial basis function artificial neural network were employed to evaluate risks of CCI by combining with risk management model and factors.Finally,the feasibility and applicability was demonstrated by a case study.
