摘　　要：目的：探讨高血压脑出血术后并发消化道出血的临床特征、机理及防治。方法：对27例高血压脑出血术后并发消化道出血的患者进行回顾性分析结果：27例中11例死亡。至于出血时间，13例发生在急性期，7例发生在恢复期。结论：高血压脑出血术后较易并发消化道出血，全面综合治疗．将取得较好治疗效果。Objective: To analyse the clinical characteristic, mechanism, prophylaxis and treatment of postoperative digestive tract bleeding complicated by hypertenslon and intracerebral hematomas. Methods:Retrospective study has bee done in 27 patients with the postoperative digestive tract bleeding complicared by hypertension and intracerebral hematomas. Results: Of the 27 cases, 11 (40. 7 % ) died. As to bleedineg moment, 13 cases occur in acute period, and 7 cases occur in recovery period. Conclusions: Postoperatively, digestive tract bleeding easily occurs. It will reach a good result to treat comprehensively.
