摘　　要：目的研究胃癌组织中细胞周期素G(cyclin G)和p53基因的表达以及它们与胃癌生物学特性可能存在的相关关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测42例胃癌组织的cyclin G和p53蛋白表达情况。结果胃癌组织中的cyclin G和p53的阳性表达率分别为69.0%和28.6%,二者呈低相关性,cyclin G的表达与肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移有关。结论cyclin G和p53可能是胃癌相对独立的始动因素,并互相促进参与胃癌的发生和发展。Objective To investigate the expression of cyclin G and p53 in gastric carcinoma and assess their relationship with biological characteristics of gastric carcinoma.Methods The SP method for immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of cyclin G and p53 protein in 42 cases of gastric carcinoma.Results The expression of cyclin G and p53 was observed in gastric carcinoma tissues with a positive rate of 69.0% and 28.6% respectively,showing a low correlativity between them.The expression of cyclin G was related to tumor stage and lymphatic metastasis.Conclusions Cyclin G and p53 may act as initiating factors of gastric carcinoma independently and mutually stimulate the generation and development of gastric carcinoma.Further research into the two genes is necessary.
