摘  要:目的:研究桃胶对实验性糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂等血液生化指标的影响。方法:采用小剂量四氧嘧啶+高糖高脂饲料复制糖尿病大鼠模型,分别观察桃胶1、2、4g(/kg·d)3个剂量连续灌胃2周后,对其空腹血糖、血清中胰岛素(Insulin,Ins)水平、C肽、糖化血红蛋白(GHbA1c)和血脂的影响。结果:中、高剂量组与模型组相比,血糖、Ins明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),且胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)明显增高(P<0.01),高剂量组C肽和GHbA1c明显低于模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。造模后各组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)变化不明显,中、高剂量组桃胶血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)与模型组比较明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:桃胶具有降低糖尿病大鼠血糖水平,调节血脂紊乱,改善机体胰岛素敏感性的功能,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective: To study the effects of peach resin on serum biochemistry in diabetes mellitus rats. Methods: Sprague-Dawley diabetes mellitus rats were induced by high fat and sugar feeding plus several intraperitoneal injection of low-dose alloxan(120,80,60 mg/kg).Rats with peach resin treatment were divided into three groups: 1,2,4 g(/kg· d).After the intragastric administration for two weeks, the levels of fasting blood glucose, insulin、insulin sensitivity Index (ISI), C peptide, glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(GHbA1c) and the contents of blood fat. Results: Compared with the model group, peach resin could significantly decrease the blood glucose and insulin in the high and middle dose group (P0.01 or P0.05),and could significantly improved ISI (P0.01).In the high dose group, C peptide and GHbA1C could be decreased significantly (P 0.01orP0.05).There were not significant effect on the levels of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol. Compared with the model group ,peach resin could Significantly decreased low density lipoprotein cholesterol、triglyceride and total cholesterol in the middle and high dose group (P0.01).Conclusion: Peach resin can decrease the blood glucose and fat, and improve insulin sensitivity. There will be a promising future.
