摘　　要：2006年10月11日《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》,标志中国社会福利制度与社会工作服务体系建设进入崭新的历史发展阶段,中国特色医务社会工作制度建设成为推进社会工作专业化与职业化建设的关键领域。本文全面、系统地探讨了新时期中国特色医务社会工作实务模式建构的若干战略重点及其发展策略,为深化医药卫生体制改革和构建和谐社会奠定了制度化的社会基础。Octorber 11th 2006,the CCCP decide about serial important issues for construct socialism harmony society,remarked the china social welfare system and social work services system into new historical period,to construct the Chinese characteristics medical social work system become the core area for pull social work professional and occupational.The article systemly explored serial strategically field for construct Chinese characteristics medical social work practice model in new era,proposed developmental tactics for construct Chinese characteristics medical social work practice model,so that lay out institute social fundamental for improve health care system reform and construct harmony society.
