摘　　要：目的:了解不同群体武警干部的生活质量状况。方法:采用"武警部队干部人群生活质量评价量表"对1130名武警干部进行测查。结果:各维度最低得分为(61.4±14.4)分,最高得分为(79.4±11.9)分;不同文化程度武警干部人群在情绪管理、职责角色、环境适应、经济状况维度和总体生活质量方面有显著差异;不同婚姻状况干部人群在生理健康、心理健康、社会适应、环境适应、经济状况维度和总体生活质量方面有显著差异;不同职务干部人群在心理健康和环境适应维度有显著差异;不同工作性质、不同兵源地干部人群在总体健康状况和总体生活质量方面有显著差异。结论:不同群体武警干部之间生活质量存在一定的差异,应根据不同情况采取针对性措施加以改善。Objective：To investigate the status of the quality of life（QOL） in different groups of the Chinese armed police force cadre group.Methods：1130 cadres were assessed with＂life quality questionnaire in armed police force cadre group＂.Results：The minimum score among all dimensions is 61.4 ± 14.4,and the highest score is 79.4 ± 11.9;The QOL between different education groups are significant different on EM、FR、EA、ES and TQL;The QOL between different marital status groups are significant different on PH、MH、SA、EA、ES and TQL;The QOL between different position groups are significant different on MH and EA;The QOL between different nature of work and different place of joining the army groups are significant different on TH and TQL.Conclusions：There are significant differences of the QOL between different groups of the Chinese armed police force cadre group.
