温州市省属公立医院医疗服务满意度现状及对策

摘　　要：目的:确定温州市省属公立医院的医疗服务水平,发现服务中存在的不足并能有效改进;方法:通过对温州市省属公立医院门诊和住院患者的问卷调查,收集资料经EXCEL和SAS软件进行分析;结果:医疗服务总满意度较低,二级指标满意度中医疗质量选项最高,而医疗费用选项最低;结论:温州市公立医院医疗服务还有待改进。Objective：To identify the medical services status of Wenzhou provincial state-owned hospitals and investigate inadequacies existing in services and effective improvement.Method：Conducting questionnaire survey by outpatients and hospitalized patients,we give and analysis of the collected data through EXCEL and SAS.Result：There has seen a low degree of satisfaction of medical services on the whole.Among Level Ⅱindex on degrees of satisfaction,medical service ranks the first in terms of the degree of satisfaction while medical fee ranks the last.Conclusion：Wenzhou state-owned hospitals need improvement.
