摘　　要：《金匮要略》注重脏腑病机,以脏腑病机为中心,进行病证辨治,内容丰涵。其中可分涉心病机、涉肺病机、涉肝病机、涉脾病机、涉肾病机。明晰《金匮要略》脏腑病机及其在脏腑病机指导下的证治规律,对指导现今临床仍具有积极的意义。Synopsis of Prescription of the Golden Chamber with rich content emphasizes visceral pathogenesis, makes syndrome differentiation and treatment centered on visceral pathogenesis. It can be divided into pathogenesis about the heart, lung, liver, spleen, kidney. It has positive significance in the guidance of clinic nowadays to analyze the visceral pathogenesis and laws of syndrome differentiation and treatment under the guidance of visceral pathogenesis.
