摘 要:本文旨在比较3个不同栽培品种生大豆中抗营养因子对大鼠生长性能、内脏器官形态、血液生理、生化指标和肠道组织学的影响。试验选取30只(50±2)日龄的Wister大鼠为试验动物,采用单因子完全随机化设计,共分3组,每组10只大鼠,每个重复1只。各组分别饲喂以吉林小粒6、吉林45和丰交7607品种生大豆为主要蛋白源的日粮,试验期30d。检测3个栽培品种生大豆中胰蛋白酶抑制因子(PI)和凝集素(SBA)的含量。结果表明:吉林小粒6、丰交7607的PI含量显著高于吉林45品种(P<0.05),吉林小粒6的SBA含量显著高于丰交7607和吉林45品种(P<0.01)。吉林小粒6日粮组大鼠的胰腺重量、空肠隐窝深度(JCD)分别比吉林45日粮组大鼠高22.6%、39.4%(P<0.05);吉林45日粮组大鼠空肠绒毛高度(JVH)比吉林小粒6、丰交7607日粮组大鼠日粮组高8.8%、8.4%(P<0.05)。由结果可知,各品种生大豆日粮对大鼠抗营养的作用为吉林小粒6>丰交7607>吉林45。The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of anti-nutritional factors on performance,viscus organ morphogenesis,blood physiological and biochemical parameters and histology of intestine in rats of three different Chinese cultivars raw soybean. Thirty (50±2) d Wister rats were randomly allocated to 3 groups with 10 replicates of 1 rat according to single factor completely randomized design. The three groups rats were fed the diets containing raw soybean cultivars: Jinlinxiaoli 6,Jilin 45 and fengjiao 7607,respectively. The experiment lasted for 30 days. The content of soybean trypsin inhibitor (PI) and soybean agglutinin (SBA) was examined in three different cultivars raw soybean. The results showed that,the content of PI in jilinxiaoli 6 and fengjiao 7607 cultivars raw soybean was significantly higher than that in jilin 45 (P〈0.05),and the content of SBA in jilinxiaoli 6 cultivars raw soybean was significantly higher than that in fengjiao 7607 and jilin 45 (P〈0.01). Compared with jilin 45 group,the pancreas weight and jejunum villus height (JVH) of rats fed the diets containing jilinxiaoli 6 cultivars raw soybean were more than 22.6% and 39.4% (P〈0.05); compared with jilinxiaoli 6 and fengjiao 7607 groups,the jejunum crypt depth (JCD) of rats fed the diets containing jilin 45 cultivars raw soybean was more than 8.8% and 8.4% (P〈0.05),respectively. In conclusion,the effects of anti-nutritional factors in feeding rats with raw soybean diets are Jinlinxiaoli 6〉fengjiao 7607〉Jilin 45.
