浅谈高校志愿类社团的可持续发展

摘　　要：目前,在国内高校中,致力于公益志愿类活动的学生社团、学生志愿者日渐增多。众多的志愿类社团在为需要帮助的人努力的同时,自身也面临不少问题和困惑,社团的可持续发展急需关注。高校共青团和学生会作为高校两支最有影响力和号召力的学生组织应充分发挥在学生社团建设中的指导和引导作用,经常研究社团工作,把握社团发展的规律,加强引导,分类指导,抓好队伍,突出特色,推动社团持续、稳定、健康发展。At present, the domestic universities, the types of activities dedicated to public service volunteer student organizations and student volunteers increasing. A large number of volunteer classes for the community people who need help efforts, itself faced with many problems and confusion, community urgently need to focus on sustainable development. The Communist Youth League as the party unite, educate and guide young university students, organizations, should give full play to the student community building and guiding role of the guidance, study social work and grasp the law of community development, strengthening guidance, guidance, do a good job team, highlight the characteristics, to promote community sustained, steady and healthy development.
