俄罗斯樟子松材干燥特性的研究

摘　　要：采用百度试验法对俄罗斯樟子松的干燥特性进行了初步研究。结果表明:俄罗斯樟子松为易干燥木材。其初期开裂、内部裂纹、截面变形、扭曲变形与干燥速度等级分别为3级、1级、2级、2级、3级。根据干燥缺陷等级及相应的干燥条件初步拟定了其干燥基准,可以采用120℃高温干燥。Study on drying properties of Pinus sylvestris conducted through a series of test with 100℃drying test method. The results show that Pinus sylvestris belongs to the wood drying classification of ＂easy to dry＂ o The grades of the initial check, the honeycomb, the cross section deformation, the twist deformation, the drying rate are 3, 1,2, 2, 3 for Pinus sylvestris. Based on the grades of drying defects and corresponding drying conditions, the drying schedules for Pinus sylvestris var. mongollca were established, and can keep the drying quality under 120℃ .
