摘　　要：轮机专业人才入行标准在国际新规则要求下全面提高,行业对专业人才需求量也不断增加。新规则的要求是高职院校创建轮机人才培养模式的依据。高职院校要组建专兼结合的教学团队,构筑覆盖国家海事局技能评估要求的实训平台,同时创建高技能人才培养模式,这样才能适应形势的要求。At the behest of new intemational rules, the industry standard of engine professionals the international standardshas an all-round improvement. The requires of the new rules is the basis of vocational college establish engine professionals training mode. Vocational college should establish a teaching team with full time and part time, construct a training platform that cover the requires of county maritime administration skill evaluation, at the same time, set up high skill professionals training mode, in order to suit the situation.
