精神分裂症患者血清泌乳素水平与性相关精神症状对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者血清泌乳素水平与性相关精神症状的关系。方法对297例精神分裂症患者（病例组）于治疗前及治疗第3周末，60例健康体检者（对照组）体检时，采用放射免疫法分别检测血清泌乳素水平，并进行对比分析；同时调查患者性有关精神症状，并与血清泌乳素检测结果进行相关分析。结果病例组治疗第3周末男女性血清泌乳素水平均显著高于治疗前（P〈0．01）；病例组无论是男性还是女性，治疗前血清泌乳素水平与对照组均无显著性差异（P〉0．05），治疗第3周末均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。病例组患者无论男性还是女性，治疗前患者的性有关精神症状累计积分与其血清泌乳素水平似呈正相关，治疗后似呈负相关，但均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论精神分裂症患者的血清泌乳素水平有不同程度的升高，与性有关精神症状无关，而与传统抗精神病药物的应用有关。Objective To explore the correlation between the serum prolactin（PRL） levels and sex-related mental symptoms in patients with schizophrenia. Methods Serum prolactin levels were detected with ra- dioimmune assay and contrastive analyses conducted in 297 schizophrenics（case group） before treatment and at the end of the 3rd week treatment and in 60 healthy examinees（control group） ; correlation analyses were conducted between patients＇ sex-related mental symptoms and serum prolactin levels. Results At the end of the 3rd week treatment,both male and female serum PRL levels were significantly higher compared with pretreatment in the case group（P〈0.01） ; there were no significant differences in serum PRL levels between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）, but at the the 3rd week serum PRL levels were significantly higher in the case than in the control group（P〈0.01）. Accumulative points of sex-related mental symptoms were positively before treatment and negatively related to serum PRL levels after treatment, but there were no statistical signifieance（P〉0.05）. Conclussion Serum PRL levels of schizophrenia patients have different digrees of increase, aren＇t related to sex mental symptoms and are related to traditional antipsychoties.
