园农康复治疗对长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨园农康复治疗对长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响，为临床制定有效干预措施提供依据。方法将113例长期住院慢性残留期精神分裂症患者随机分为治疗组57例、对照组56例，将衰退期72例随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。入组患者在维持原用抗精神病药物剂量不变的基础上，治疗组停止院内传统工娱康复治疗，在院外园农康复治疗基地进行系统的园农康复治疗；对照组维持院内传统工娱康复治疗。观察10个月。于治疗前及治疗5个月、10个月末采用住院患者生活质量评定量表评定患者的生活质量。结果残留期与衰退期患者治疗组园农康复治疗后，住院患者生活质量评定量表评分除躯体疼痛因子分升高无显著性差异外（P〉0．05），其他各因子评分均显著高于治疗前（P〈0．05或0．01）；对照组治疗前后无显著变化（P〉0．05）。结论园农康复治疗对长期住院慢性精神分裂症患者的生理健康、心理健康和社会功能康复疗效显著，能显著提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of park farm rehabilitation on the life quality in long term hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 113 patients in residue period were divided into study group（n=57） and control group（n=56）, and 72 recessive patients were divided into study group （n=36） and control group（n=36） randomly. The study groups and control groups were given park farm rehabilitation and traditional entertainment rehabilitation respectively for 10 months, they were tested with the Quality of Life Scale（QLS） pre-treatment and at the end of 5,10 months after treatmen. Results The scores of facors（except physical pain facter） of QLS in the two study groups after treatment were signifficantly higher than those before treatment, and the scores increased persistently with traetment. The control groups had no obvious chang pro-and post-treatment（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Park farm rehabilitation therapy has good effects on the quality of life in long term hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia.
