摘　　要：本文对江苏南京、镇江两市7所民办高校辅导员的工作生活质量进行了调查,从工作生活与工作外生活关系、人际关系、工作满意度及尊重、自我实现的需求等4个方面进行了探析,并从高等教育行政部门、高校和个人等三个方面提出了一系列改善工作生活质量的对策。The paper makes an investigation of the quality of work and life of the counselors in seven private universities in Nanjing and Zhenjiang.And it makes the analysis through four dimensions include the connection between work and the life outside of the work,the relationship,the satisfaction of the work and homage,the requirements of the self-realization.And then based on the analysis of the data,a series of countermeasures to improve the quality of work and life are put forward from three aspects：higher education administration,the university and the counselor himself.
