摘　　要：本文阐述了现阶段我国大学生就业难的现状和原因,分析了就业难对大学生品德发展的双重影响,并在此基础上针对失业问题对大学生品德发展的消极影响,从德育的角度提出相应的对策,以促进大学生良好品德的形成和顺利就业。The current situation and the reasons for the difficulties in the employment are presented and the dual effects to the moral developments of college students are analyzed.Based on the negative effects of unemployment,the strategies have been presented from the view of moral education to improve the formation of good moral characters and employ smoothly.
