摘  要:为了节能降耗、提高生产率和自动化水平,化纤卷丝机已经广泛采用变频调速控制系统。在理论分析和仿真分析比较采用SP-WM、三次谐波注入PWM和损耗最小PWM逆变器-电动机传动系统中逆变器开关损耗公式的基础上,设计和实现了一种开关损耗较小、额定功率250W的化纤卷丝机的变频调速控制器。采用变系数增量式PI控制策略,实现了卷丝机吊杆升头平稳控制和运行中恒定张力控制,实验结果表明该卷丝机变频调速系统运行可靠,逆变器SPM模块的长期运行温升不超过45℃,可满足实际生产要求。In order to save energy, lower energy consumption, increase productivity and automation level, variable frequency control systems have been widely used for thread winding in chemical fiber factories. In this paper, after comparisons of the switching loss formulas of SPWM, third harmonic injection PWM and the minimum loss PWM algorithm for inverter-motor driving systems by theoretical analysis and sim- ulation analysis, a variable frequency control system for 250W power rating chemical fiber thread winder is designed and implemented, which has lower switching loss. Thereafter a variable factors incremental PI controller is adopted to gain stable control of taking-up and constant tension control in operation. The experimental results show this system work reliably, and the temperature rise of inverter SPM module after long-term running is less than 45℃, which meets the production requirements.
