民国时期江西民办中学概况与管理

摘　　要：民国时期江西民办中学发展迅速,在一定程度上弥补了当时公立中等教育办学的不足,促进了江西社会经济的发展。但民办私立中学发展过快,也带来了一系列问题,加强对民办教育的管理,成为江西教育行政部门重要工作之一。民国时期江西教育行政部门从民办私立中学的办学条件、办学资金、办学质量等方面逐步加强和完善了对民办私立中学的管理,同时,在经济上对民办私立中学给予了适当的补助和扶持,以促进其健康发展。During the Period of the Republic of China,Jiangxi private middle school developed rapidly,which,to a certain extent,made up the shortage of public middle schools.However,it brought about many questions.Therefore,to stregthen and perfect their management was important work for Jiangxi education administrative departments,such as to strengthen and perfect the management of private middle schools in running conditions,funds and qualties.And at the same time,the govermment should provide them with help in economy to promote their healthy development.
