论环境问题视域内新人道主义解释原则的确立

摘　　要：环境危机已经成为威胁人类生存和发展的严重问题,对环境危机的解决是人类能否走出生存困境的关键。新人道主义解释原则突破了传统人道主义解释原则对人性的理解,确立了人的类意识、有限主体意识、生存意识和未来主义意识。进一步明确了人类"能够做"的不一定就是人类"应当做"的,人类"能成为"的不一定就是人类"应当成为"的事实。在伦理道德的感召下规范和约束人类的实践行为,保证人类实践行为的合法性和人类生存发展的可持续性。The environmental crisis has already become the serious problem which threatens the existence and development of human beings,the solution to the environmental crisis is the key factor that determines whether human beings can get out of the survival dilemma or not.Neo-humanism principles break through the traditional humanitarian interpretation of human nature,and establish species consciousness,limited subject consciousness,exisence consciousness and future consciousness.The paper further clarifies such a fact that what human beings ＂can do＂is not necessarily what they ＂should do＂,and that what human beings ＂can become＂is not necessarily what they ＂should become＂.Therefore,it is necessary to regulate human behavior and en-sure the legality of human practice and the sustainability of the existence and development of human beings with the ethics as a source of inspiration.
