摘　　要：群体心理是舆情发生和发展的重要因素之一。通过对相关群体心理理论的回顾和梳理,分析舆情产生的群体心理机制,从而借鉴群体心理理论对舆情问题进行研究,在舆情处理过程中遵循群体心理规律以疏导舆情。Group psychology is one of the important factors for occurrence and development of public opinion and sentiment. In this article,group psychological mechanisms for occurrence of public opinion and sentiment are analyzed through the review of the related theory of group psychology. So the problems about public opinion and sentiment can be researched by making use of this theory,and laws of group psychology should be followed for the relief of public opinion and sentiment in the process dealing with it.
