青少年侵害的发生现状及影响因素

摘　　要：【目的】探讨青少年侵害的发生现状及影响因素,以引起有关部门的关注。【方法】采用青少年侵害问卷自评版(Juvenile Victimization Questionnaire,JVQ)和自编一般情况调查表对山东省两地区初一、初二、高一、高二年级的3 155名学生进行调查,采用非条件Logistic逐步回归法分析多重侵害的影响因素。【结果】经历至少一种侵害类型的占66.31%,发生率较高的侵害类型有目击某人被赤手空拳殴打、物品被偷、物品被故意破坏、家人或舍友物品被盗等。多重侵害的发生率为16.89%,其中低、高度多重侵害发生率分别为12.29%和4.60%。多重侵害发生率男生显著高于女生;初中生显著高于高中生;独生子女显著高于非独生子女;学习成绩中下等青少年显著高于中上等青少年;家庭经济较差青少年显著高于家庭经济较好青少年(均P<0.01)。年龄较小、独生子女、居住在农村、居住拥挤、家庭经济较差、饮酒、玩游戏、看色情书或音像制品是多重侵害发生的危险因素。【结论】青少年侵害及多重侵害的发生率较高,与多方面因素有关,应该引起家庭、学校和社会的广泛关注。【Objective】To explore the prevalence and influencing factors of victimization in Chinese juvenile. 【Methods】3 155 middle school students were administered the self-rating version of Juvenile Victimization Questionnaire（JVQ） and the self-developed information questionnaire.The influencing factors of poly-victimization were analyzed by logistic regression. 【Results】66.31% had experienced at least one form of the 33 victimizations.The top four victimizations were witnessing to assault without weapon,personal theft,vandalism and burglary of family household.The incidence of poly-victimization was 16.89%.There were significant differences in the incidence of poly-victimization between boys and girls,junior and senior middle school students,single and non-single child,inferior and superior academic achievements,poor and rich families.Younger juveniles,single child in the family,living in the countryside,overcrowded living conditions,poor,drinking,playing video games,watching pornographic books or audio-visual products affected the happening of poly-victimization. 【Conclusions】Relatively high incidence of victimization and poly-victimization in juvenile is found and several factors can predict poly-victimization.
