摘　　要：【目的】探讨ANB角、Beta角及APDI值对替牙期儿童错畸形矢状向异常诊断的一致性。【方法】随机选择2006年1月—2009年6月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院口腔正畸科就诊86例替牙期儿童错畸形患者的头颅侧位定位片,用Photoshop8.0图像处理软件测量,获得ANB角、Beta角和APDI值,用以上3种指标分别诊断骨面型类型,并用一致性分析(Kappa)来检验3种方法总体诊断结果的一致性。【结果】3项指标两两之间有相关性,Beta角与APDI值为0.539,而ANB角与Beta角、APDI值的Kappa指数分别为0.318、0.355。【结论】测量多个指标,综合判断是诊断错畸形矢状向异常较为准确的方法。【Objective】To evaluate the consistency among ANB angle,Beta angle and APDI value in diagnosing the Sagittal discrepancy for children in mixed dentition. 【Methods】86 patients were selected between January 2006 and June 2009,in the department of orthodontics.The first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,ANB angle,Beta angle and APDI value were measured by Photoshop 8.0 to decide different skeletal pattern.Consistency test among these parameters were analysed. 【Results】Significant correlation was found among the three indexs.Kappa index between ANB angle and Beta angle was 0.318,ANB angle and APDI value was 0.355,Beta angle and APDI was 0.539. 【Conclusion】It is suggested that several measurements of evaluating sagittal discrepancy be applied to diagnosis different skeletal pattern in order to improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
